About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to:

▪️Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of small and large-scale projects from concept to completion.
▪️Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
▪️Produce high-quality drawings, models, and technical specifications.
▪️Ensure compliance with UK Planning & Building Regulations and other relevant standards.
▪️Support and collaborate with the wider team, mentoring junior staff and driving technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

▪️Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural technology or a related field.
▪️Strong knowledge of UK Planning & Building Regulations.
▪️Proficiency in CAD and Revit.
▪️Experience managing projects on-site, liaising with contractors, and resolving technical challenges.
▪️A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
